Refund policy

Change of Mind/Incorrect Size:

We do not do exchanges, however we accept change of mind returns for a Credit Note valid for 1 year. To be eligible, email us within 7 days of delivery for return instructions: hello@blingz.com.au.

Important Notes:

  • No returns on sale items (this doesn't include using a discount code on a full price item).
  • Earrings cannot be returned for hygiene reasons.
  • We do not offer refunds for change of mind returns.
  • Return requests received after 7 days will not be accepted.
  • Customers must cover shipping costs for change of mind returns.
  • Items must be unworn, in original condition, and packaging, with all components.
  • Free gifts must be returned if the returned purchase no longer qualifies you to receive the free item.
  • Returns must be lodged within 5 business days of your return request being accepted.
  • Worn/damaged/late returns will be sent back at the customer’s expense: $6.95 for Australian orders and $25 for international orders.

Cancellations/Order Changes

Unfortunately we are unable to cancel orders once placed. If you need to make a change your order, please contact us as soon as possible. While we’ll do our best to accommodate, please note that our email inbox is monitored Mon-Fri and our usual response time is 12-24 hours, so we can’t always guarantee we’ll catch your request in time.

If your order has been dispatched and you need to make an address change, you’ll need to reach out to Australia Post/DHL Express directly. We move quickly to get orders out, so please double-check your order details before submitting to avoid any mix-ups.

Received a Faulty Item?

  • All pieces go through an extensive quality control process. Not once, but multiple times.
  • First, every item is quality checked by our manufacturer.
  • Then, personally inspected by our team when it arrives. We test everything, from clasps, to prongs and even pressure points for any weak spots.
  • And finally, your order goes through two separate sets of hands during packing for a final check.

We don’t send out broken or faulty pieces, it’s just not how we work.

If you believe there’s a genuine fault, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery at hello@blingz.com.au so we can review your case.

Not considered a fault:

  • Neglect or accidental damage (e.g. bending, knocking, pulling your piece).
  • Metal oxidisation due to improper care (e.g. exposure to water, perfume, chlorine, soap, hand sanitiser, lotions etc).

To keep your pieces looking their best, always follow the care instructions included in your order and on our website. Please note: failure to follow care guidelines will void your warranty.
