Dispatch/Handling Times:
Orders placed prior to 11am Sydney time (Mon-Fri) are dispatched same business day. Orders placed after 11am will be dispatched the following business day.
Please allow extra time for your order to be dispatched during our sale period. We endeavour to have all orders dispatched within 3 business days.

Pre-Order Items
Items listed as Pre-Order will ship on the date shown on the product page. If you need other items urgently, please place a separate order, as we cannot part-ship orders. Note that we cannot cancel orders with Pre-Order products.
Customs Fees/Duties:
International orders may incur import/duty fees, which you, the customer, are responsible for. BLINGZ is not liable for these charges, so we recommend checking with your local customs office before ordering.
If you refuse to pay import/duty fees, the package will be returned to us, and you’ll receive store credit for the value of your items, minus the return shipping fee we incur.
Lost in Transit Packages
BLINGZ is not responsible for lost or stolen packages once they are marked as delivered. Please ensure your order is sent to a secure location and double-check your address at checkout.
For added security, consider using a PO Box or parcel locker, especially for unit/apartment complexes.
Australia Post typically does not require a signature upon delivery. If you prefer a signature, please leave a note with your order, and we’ll arrange it for you.
