Box/Button Clasp:

e.g. Our statement necklaces/bracelets such as the Donatella Necklace/Bracelet, Tyra Necklace/Bracelet:

1. Unlock both safety clips by gently pulling them away from the clasp.

2. With one hand, squeeze the button in the middle of the clasp (using your thumb & index finger is most comfortable). 

3. While still squeezing, pull the clasp apart with both hands. Be sure to keep both hands close to the clasp to avoid damaging the chain.

This clasp may feel stiff at first, but it will open more smoothly over time. If you feel the clasp is not clicking in as securely as you like, please contact us & we will show you how to easily tighten it again.
